June 30, 2017 – Day 154 of 365

Orange —

After a night of fierce lightning and thunderstorms, and over three inches of rain throughout the day, we were blessed with this beautiful and colorful sunset.  I was awestruck and focused on being mindful and present to fully experience the beauty.   No camera can capture and do justice to the images etched into my brain that were created by simply being present and appreciative in the moment.  It was such a mesmerizing yet fleeting occurrence.  By the time I grabbed my camera, this is all that remained to remind me of the memories created tonight.
