During the last year, I’ve been working on a 365-project of taking a photograph each day. So, this month I’ve been reflecting on what to do with my favorite images from 2017. After several days of struggling to find a meaningful purpose for my yearlong efforts, the idea came to me. Why not create a frameable monthly calendar out of the images. . . a changeable piece of artwork each month to inspire me to keep up my daily photography endeavors? And voilà, my 2018 poster calendar concept was born!
Friends applauded the idea! They even offered to pay for the calendars. Especially because my 2018 poster calendar was more of a piece of artwork than a calendar. Therefore, motivated by their response, I’ve decided to push forward. Although my calendar concept is still in its infancy, my website now offers the option to purchase these calendars. My hope is others will find them inspiring and fun. So, as they say, “Without any further ado . . .
. . . welcome the new year with my inaugural 2018 Poster Calendar.”
Inside you’ll find 12 individual posters designed to fit in a standard 8.5″ x 11″ wall frame or a 5″ x 7″ desktop acrylic frame. (Click here to view each of the monthly calendar images.) Enjoy a new piece of artwork for your home or office during every month of 2018.
